This part of the beach is actually called Short Beach. As far as I can remember, this picture may have been taken during our family's first visit to Sag Harbor. It's when I fell in love with this beach and the Village of Sag Harbor. I mention this photo in this post.

Great picture. The composition, the colors, the figure of the little girl, the scenery all blend perfectly resulting a great looking picture. Fit for display in a video art gallery. My question is if the picture was added any aging effects or was it just made long time ago.

Sorry it took me so long to reply to your question. I guess I didn't see it before. The photo is a scan of an old snapshot that was indeed taken in in 1977. The only digital enhancement I added was to clean up some dirt and scratches. The faded colors are the actual result of the photo being old.
