Reassessment
Southampton recently completed reassessing the value of all the privately owned property in the town. Of course, you probably already know that the good and bad news is the same: everyone’s property is now worth a hell of a lot more than it was worth two years ago…as long as we’re reassessing things, I think it would be a good idea to reassess the long-term economic viability of the area if current trends in housing continue.
